We need powerful tools to assist us as we grow and change. The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition (PMT), a shamanically empowered altar, is a blend of two living shamanic lineages, the Southern Highlands and Northern Coastal regions of Peru. These earth-honoring practices offer assistance to help one stay steady in times of great change.
The sustenance that we gain by spending time in nature is extremely powerful and healing. By working with a Pachakuti Mesa, one may crete deeper connections with the natural world and integrate these energies into our every day lives. Having a sacred space gives us more room and time - and in this place of quiet, we are able to come into balance.
By using the natural forces that are in our midst every day, you can make the changes in your life that you are seeking.
At this evening's event, we will construct a Pachakuti Mesa Tradition shamanically-powered altar together, discussing the qualities of what each direction offers (north, south, east, west, center). After it's construction, we'll open the mesa with song and be open to the experience created.
We will also do limpias (or ritual cleansing acts) on one another. By doing this ritual cleansing (with the use of Peruvian Florida water, smoke and rattles), it will release with dense, heavy energies that we tend to carry. By doing so, one may feel lighter and harmonious.
As a friend of mine's teacher once said, "The spirit realm is alike a call center, they are waiting patiently for your call." ...join us to make your call!!
