Two long-time yogis are joining forces to explore shamanic practice, pranayama breath and asana practice. Join us for a long weekend as we use intentional breath work with conscious movement to enhance and supercharge your daily life.
1) Increase awareness of the powerful internal energies that lie within us.
2) Awaken our connection to the abundant energies that are always available from our mother earth.
By entering a practice in this way, it creates a strong container for the ever present moment.
Develop mastery of your breath and find the subtle, powerful, and safe ways to work with kundalini energy. What yoga poses would you do if you only had 30 seconds? 15 minutes? 30 minutes? What yoga poses would you do for issues surrounding the heart chakra or to invigorate or restore yourself? To inspire or ground? What poses are more important as we age? You don’t have to be super flexible, a yogini, or spend an hour and a half on a practice to benefit physically, mentally, and spiritually from yoga. Yoga and breathwork are great entryways into deep journeying. We will combine yoga, pranayama, and journeying, and support your personal work with ceremony, and communion with the plants, animals, and night sky.
